QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
There may be minor differences on products, such as colour or printing. This is possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or some other sort of technical issue. Emerge Elite is not liable for these variations and deviations. We urge you to take a special note of the washing instructions that are provided to you on the products, as we shall not be held liable if they are correctly handled once they have left us.
PRICE AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed online are in British Pounds, we deliver to different parts of the world and these can be selected at checkout.
You can also select your local currency via the menu tab on mobile or via the user icon at the top of the home page.
All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP).
The stated prices include VAT (20% Value Added Tax).
Emerge Elite reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order made on the Emerge Elite website are to be dispatched from Berkshire, UK to the provided shipping address, orders are only to be delivered on business days: excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
Our aim is that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing (London GMT), sometimes this varies due to demands or unforeseen events.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control.
International orders are subject to customer charges, we also do not hold liability to products overseas once they leave our care. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur including but not limited to the following
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or damaged, please complete the exchange form on the customer care page here. You can exchange the same item for a different size, or for a different item, please include any price difference in cash inside of the returned parcel.
We offer exchanges within 30 days of initial purchase if the product you have received is not of the correct size or have arrived to you damaged. Please contact email@example.com for the exchanges form that needs to be fully completed and returned back to us with the product. You can also request for just another size to be sent out, but we must first receive the incorrect item back before we send out another.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, but allow up to 3 weeks for the exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase on non-sale items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the refund form, which needs to be filled out and returned with the item that is not required anymore. Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to enter your bank account.
Sale items can be refunded, or exchanged (if stock is available) but refund can only be used as credit online.
Please ensure that all Item Exchanges & Refunds are sent using a Tracked and/or Signed For Service back to our address to ensure we receive the goods.
